About Us

A private Family Practice focusing on high-quality, comprehensive Primary Care delivered in a comfortable setting. We are part of a growing movement to return to a traditional healthcare model, where we encourage strong provider-patient relationships, ease of accessibility, and a decreased ancillary staff which reduces overhead so that we can spend more focused time on you, our patient.
 
In addition to Primary Care, we offer aesthetic laser and neuromodulator services to improve the health of your skin and treat conditions which may be getting in your way of looking and feeling your best.  
 
Paradise Medical Services is a Physician Associate (PA) owned practice collaborating with two board-certified MDs to create an environment that offers evidence-based therapies in a nurturing and supportive setting.

Things We Treat...

Urgent medical needs: respiratory infections, urinary tract infections, injuries, lacerations, medication refills, cerumen impaction, vertigo, and more.

Work or School-related needs:  Workplace physicals, FMCSA (CDL) Physicals, Coast Guard Physicals, School and Sports Physicals

Preventive and elective medical needs:  Routine labs, annual wellness visits, medication management, well-woman exams, PAP Smears, and preventative screening referrals. Hormone management, medical weight-loss, insomnia, anxiety, binge eating, health optimization.

Aesthetic needs:  Sun damage, fine lines, wrinkles, rosacea, melasma, telangiectasias, spider veins, reticular veins, acne, acne scars, surgical scars, unwanted hair, skin laxity from rapid weight loss or aging, undereye aging.

Insurance we accept…

We accept HMSA PPO Plans

Otherwise, we accept direct-pay fees and will provide Superbills for out-of-network services, which our patients can submit to their insurance plans for reimbursement .

Note: We will respond to any inquiries within 24 hours M-F, and on Monday following any weekend inquiries.
